I got a chance to put the code in and it works great. I have also taken a look at the script.aculo.us website and the drop downs are different than the ones that I get. How can I change them to allow the use of the arrow buttons. I think I know how to hook into the after update or something like that to check for a selected id and if it is not there then prompt the user and ask if they want to create the company.
