Sounds to me like you're not getting Cake from cakephp.org; there is
no 'PrivatController' in the default Cake installation, and nothing
that could possible cause this error.

Read the installation chaper in http://book.cakephp.org, and make sure
you get the CakePHP sources from the, err, source.
