Just tried:

App::import("Vendor", "PHPBB_Login", false, null, 'phpbb.php');

And I'm still getting the same error:

Fatal error: Class 'PHPBB_Login' not found in C:\htdocs\projects
\archimbolo\app\controllers\users_controller.php on line 42
