Does the Program and Broadcaster relationship type is hasAndBelongsToMany?
In this case, you need to create hasAndBelongsToMany relationshipship in Program model, when you want to get the Broadcast data, you can use $array['Program']['Broadcast'][ 0- (sizeof9$array['Program']['Broadcast']) -1]['field_name'] to get the data. If you don't know how to use data in view, in your corresponding action, as below, print_r($array), then you can see all the data.
