I'm having the same issue in IE 7.0.5730.11, Firefox 3.6.16, Safari 3.1.2 on WinXP. The page works like a champ in Chrome 10.0.648.204 & Opera 11.01.
I've tried using "Clear Local Cache" as cricket has advised without results.
