During the transition of the PhoneGap project to Apache, the project was
renamed to "Callback", due to some concerns with the name "PhoneGap". It seems
that "Callback" isn't a great name either - it's a commonly used term, and so
internet searches of "Callback" bring up too many non-relevant hits.
