Only tricky part with renaming is in the guides we often reference where to download (phonegap.com) and sometimes reference the phonegap wiki. Hopefully we'll have an Apache hosted spot for download soon. I'm tempted to remove references to the phonegap wiki.
FYI, I did take a stab at updating the getting started guide for BlackBerry.
