I've done a replace PhoneGap with Cordova in APIs/samples/docs. Since some images have PhoneGap in the captured image, and links still point to PhoneGap site, I mention that Cordova used to be called PhoneGap - but that's only in the user guides intro paragraph.
The content of the guides will need to be reviewed/updated by those responsible. Regarding links to phonegap.com download & wiki, it would be nice to migrate it all over to somewhere on the Apache site. I'm not sure if we've talk about where this could go?
