Rad Tim, looks like a good start.
I'd like to see the header match http://cordova.io (see {{/www/index.html}}).
As for navigation, I'm undecided on what is best. Personally, I'd like to see
the document level navigation (e.g. Geolocation table-of-contents) as a
sub-list to the document on the right-side. I think that would be the most
straight-forward and clear approach. The downside is that we loose fixed
position navigation, which can be handy for large documents.
