ios6 raises quota from 5mb to 25mb. I don't know of a way to increase the
quota. I am not sure how the quota is measured, exactly, but I would be
curious to know what filesize your databases are (to identify if the issue
really is quota based, or some other error).
I'm not sure if there is a way to browse the filesystem to get at one apps'
Library files on a physical device, but you can in a simulator. Are you able
to repro in a simulator?
