It appears to be a variation of Steve Schnur's Twenty-Fourth of June. My notes begin with DsD N and omit the partner balance (which is reduced to 8 counts). Give & Take lists several variants (p. 148), all of which have a Cir L 1 1/4 after the swing.

Larry does use "rotate" but I'm with Jack on this one: MWSD calls it [box] circulate and it seems clearer, so why invent a new term?
