Hi!
Your kernel isn't compiled with low-latency support.
Either you need to get a kernel package for your distro
compiled with low-latency enabled or you need to compile your 
own kernel.

If you compile your own kernekl then you need to set the following:
   Processor type And Features -> Preemption Model = Low-Latency desktop
and
   Processor type And Features -> Timer frequency = 1000Hz
