Bartek Kania sent me the attached patch It solved the jitterbuffer error messages for me. I did not realise that it did not appear on the mailing list, else I would have said something earlier. The dial tone still does not sound right, but this should be a minor issue. If the patch works for you too, someone could commit it to the SVN.
