Hi Mark, I am using the callfile process also and i think the PHASESTATUS variable and number of retries ensure high delivery rate. However i am thinking that we incorporate a procedure that notifies via email if there is failure even after 3 time of tries.it can be incorporated in extensions.conf or can be scanned from the CDR databases.
