I am using in a production environment T38 gateway since about 4 months.
I was really helped in doing this by this list and especially by Steve
Underwood.
I provided him a lot of logs/capture and he kindly released a lot of good
fixes for my env.

What I can say is that I had to leave chan_misdn (you are using chan_capi
anyway) becouse it
stops working after 1 month of "good job"

So I switchd using a tdm 400 cards connected to the same isdn nt1 plus
analogue, using zap channel

Actually I don't know if "always" and "all" faxes are ok: anyway my customer
doesn't bore me...
so I think the best !

I tested it using grandstream ht.486 and ht.386 and also wellgate-3701b
(less-good)

If you have any of these, I can suggest you some parameters tuning

I am using callweaver-RC-1.1.99.20071111, spandsp-20071110.tar.gz, openSUSE
10.2 2.6.18.8-0.7-default,
zaptel 1-4 (from digium) svn version.... "that days" (November)
