Thanks you for your reply. it is very difficult to find a T38 carrier provider but i find one who claim to support it. however when i try to place a fax call i find some problem (comfort noise support in callweaver). i contact the support , this is their message : " This is to acknowledge your email. We are currently checking the issue you have raised and will update you accordingly. Also, in order to maximize the chances of success when sending T.38 faxes, set the fax terminal to use V.29 at 9600 bps. Faster baud rates (eg. V.17 14400 bps) will not work as well. Thank you. " this is why i try to see how to manage callweaver faxbitrate.

Control beyond that is largely pointless. Why would you want to inhibit certain speeds?
