All,

I am somewhat new to Callweaver (I have a mostly function system together at the current time) and I am having issues dialing out VIA callweaver and my SPA-3201 PSTN gateway device. I figure it is with the last portion of my dial plan on the SPA-3k but I can't figure it out since most things I have read, and tried on the dial plan doesn't make much sense to me.


My Dial plan is:
(1402xxxxxxx<:@gw0>402xxxxxxx<:@gw0>|xxxxxxx<:@gw0>|*xx.|<#,:>x.<:@gw0>)


Every time I dial out, my PSTN provider drops an automated message stating "You must dial a 1 or a 0 before placing the call" Which completely baffles me, since all the information I am seeing kicked over from Callweaver, and the soft phones looks correct (Matter of fact the handset directly plugged into SPA-3k's telephone port gets the same response) so I figure it is with the dial plan. I could be wrong, since Telephony isn't my strong point.
