I'm new to Callweaver. First, are there any good sources out there to read up on for Callweaver? Secondly, we currently are running Callweaver 1.9.99, and would like to upgrade to 1.2.1. What would we need to do to do the upgrade? We are using CentOS (RHEL 5.1) as the OS. Lastly, we are having a problem with our current version of Callweaver. I attached a PCAP capture (fax.cap ^). Between frames 513 and 597, we see excessive "fcs-OKs." This happens several times throughout the capture. Our Callweaver Server IP address is 66.243.109.116. As for upgrading to 1.2.1, what is the procedure? What files would I need to backup before this just in case they getting written over with the upgrade.
