AMERICAN POLICY toward Cambodia after President Reagan left office in 1988, seemed to be distracted by the lure by the Vietnamese bribery in the search of MIA question and twisted into dupery made by the Vietnamese communist by corrupting the concept of invasion & occupation of Cambodia into the concept of civil war among 4 Cambodian factions while the 10 UN resolutions condemning Vietnam of her aggression were no longer object of discussion. It was inconsistent with the efforts made by President Reagan who insisted on Cambodia Independence and total Withdrawal of the Vietnam troops from Cambodia .... Reviewing President Reagan's efforts and records made during his two terms in office, we see clearly that President Reagan was genuinely sincere in his effort to deliver the Khmer form this evil trap...
