ANOTHER ACT OF TREASON BY SIHANOUK/MONIQUE .
Oct. 2, 1969 Prince Sihanouk, citing financial difficulties and inactivity,
terminates the mandate of the International Control Commission (ICC); its
members are asked to depart Cambodia by the end of the year.
HERE ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS EVIL ACTS:

VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA : 1979-2008Nearly 30 years, under
Vietnam rule of Cambodia, Cambodian youth are denied minimum of education and
jobs that result in suicide, robbery,CRIMES ACROSS CAMBODIA EVERYDAY , due to
hunger,injustice, and unemployement.
10 UN RESOLUTIONS,(1979-1988) VOTED BY 116 UN MEMBER COUNTRIES , CALL VIETNAM
TO CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA & REMOVE ALL HER TROOPS FROM THE COUNTRY
ARE NOT RESPECTED. SUCH AS THESE :

hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as
avidly as we sought the freedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the
rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...." As of today,Cambodia is still
occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the call from the US president to
Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since 1988.Cambodia needs

Ho Chi Minh died September 1, 1969

Sept. 3, 1969 Ho Chi Minh died; Prince Sihanouk departs for Hanoi to attend his
funeral. CAMBODIA OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM AGAINST 10 UN RESOLUTIONS CALLING VIETNAM
TO QUIT, NOT RESPECTED AS OF TODAY (1979-2008 ) BECAUSE :OF THE COLLABORATION
OF NORODOM SIHANOUK, MONIQUE HIS WIFE, AND THEIR SON THE VIETNAMESE PUPPET KING
SIHAMONI .

AMERICAN POLICY toward Cambodia after President Reagan left office in 1988,
seemed to be distracted by the lure by the Vietnamese bribery in the search of
MIA question and twisted into dupery made by the Vietnamese communist by
corrupting the concept of invasion & occupation of Cambodia into the concept of
civil war among 4 Cambodian factions while the 10 UN resolutions condemning
Vietnam of her aggression were no longer object of discussion. It was
inconsistent with the efforts made by President Reagan who insisted on Cambodia
Independence and total Withdrawal of the Vietnam troops from Cambodia ....
Reviewing President Reagan's efforts and records made during his two terms in
office, we see clearly that President Reagan was genuinely sincere in his
effort to deliver the Khmer form this evil trap... Bury
