Diplomats abroad should assist home development: PM.
VIETNAMESE PM has outlined the role & duties of Vietnamese diplomats assigned 
to various countries,including Cambodia.
 
HERE ARE THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE VIETNAMESE DIPLOMATS .

1.to assist businesses in expanding their export markets, attracting more 
foreign investment and boosting cooperation in labor, tourism and 
education-training.
 
2.to monitore & analyze developments in their host countries so that the 
Vietnamese government can manage the country more effectively.
 
3.Dung stressed the importance of multilateral relations regarding the 
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Asian-Pacific Economic 
Cooperation forum (APEC), the ASEAN-Europe Meeting (ASEM) and the United 
Nations.
 
4."Diplomatic corps should take 
a.the initiative in religious, 
b.democratic and human rights fronts and 
c.widely disseminate national policies in a timely fashion so that the world at 
large can fully understand Vietnam," Dung said.
 
5.He also called on Vietnamese representative offices abroad to work closely 
with local authorities in an effort to protect their compatriots’ rights and 
contribute to friendship and cooperation with other countries in all fields, 
particularly economically, culturally and educationally.
 
6.Ambassadors to the US, Russia, Japan and the United Arab Emirates pledged to 
do their utmost to fulfill their tasks and contribute to the common cause of 
national development.
 
In Cambodia occupied by Vietnam 1979-2008,against 10 UN resolutions, 
 
Vietnam has sent millions of illegal Vietnamese settlers into Cambodia through 
63 gates at the border Cambodia-Vietnam. 
 
IN CAMBODIA OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM, the Vietnamese put , the Vietnamese invaders 
to run Cambodia with a label "Cambodian" CPP Official.

VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST ) , Cambodia’s Deputy PM and Foreign Minister, said on 
28th of November that the current political turmoils in Thailand could affect 
border talks and the demarcation works to be carried out in December.
 
  
 
 -THE UNITED NATIONS SAY THIS :Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a 
resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a 
withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.
Hor Nam Hong is a Vietnamese , with a job as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister 
of Foreign Affairs of "Cambodia".
 
Acting as Head of the "Cambodian" diplomat, this Vietnamese Hor Nam Hong has 
sent to various countries, to represent the King Cambodia , Norodom Sihamoni, 
Vietnamese fluent in Cambodian language ,to represent the Cambodian flag 
abroad. 
 
What are their jobs ?
 
1.Are they loyal to Cambodia, the Cambodian People, the Cambodian King, or are 
they Loyal to Vietnam? 
 
2.While Cambodia remains occupied by Vietnam ? 
SOLUTIONS: 
Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam and the Vietnamese invaders. America 
calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .President Reagan's address to 
the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, New York,on 
 September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, 
a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought 
thefreedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all 
Vietnamese troops ...."

(1)Diplomats abroad should assist home development: PM

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked national diplomatic corps stationed 
overseas to contribute to all aspects of the nation in addition to performing 
its main duties regarding the improvement of foreign relations.



The government leader made the statement during his meeting in Hanoi Friday 
with 112 ambassadors and heads of overseas Vietnamese representative offices, 
who had returned to Vietnam to attend the 26th Diplomatic Conference, scheduled 
to run until December 10. 

He called upon Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad to assist businesses in 
expanding their export markets, attracting more foreign investment and boosting 
cooperation in labor, tourism and education-training.
PM Dung assigned them with the task of monitoring and analyzing developments in 
their host countries so that the Vietnamese government can manage the country 
more effectively.
