Chinese FM lists guidelines for China-U.S. ties in new era

WASHINGTON, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Visiting Chinese Foreign Minister Yang
Jiechi on Thursday proposed some major guidelines for China and the United
States to promote sound and steady growth of bilateral relations in the new
era.
To do this, the minister proposed some guidelines which he believed could help
advance China-U.S. relations in the coming years.
First, he said, both sides should adopt a strategic and long-term
perspective and keep the relations on the right track.
China and the United States now have more common interests and a broader
foundation of cooperation on a series of major and pressing issues facing
today's world, according to the minister. The strategic significance and global
influence of China-U.S. relations have further increased and their relations in
the new era should be broader and deeper.
The minister believed that the two countries should work together in an
all-around way to raise bilateral relations to a new and much higher level of
cooperation in the 21st century on the basis of mutual respect, seeking common
ground while shelving differences and cooperation for win-win results.
Second, Minister Yang said, both sides should maintain close dialogue and
exchanges at the top and other levels and cement the political foundation of
the relations.
Over the years, he said, close communication and frequent exchanges between
the two countries "have given a strong boost to the sustained, sound and steady
growth of our relations."
He hoped that both sides will work together and launch proposed "China-U.S.
Strategic and Economic Dialogues" mechanism at an early date so that through
continued discussions on strategic, overarching and long-term issues of mutual
interest, they will further enhance mutual trust and cooperation.
Third, according to the minister, both sides should expand
mutually-beneficial cooperation and inject fresh impetus into the relations.

The priority for China and the United States at the moment, Yang said, is
to tackle the international financial crisis through intensified cooperation
and work together to maintain and promote world financial and economic

OF ARRANGEMENT , FORMER KING SIHANOUK AND SON HAD TALKED TO FORMER PRESIDENTS
BUSH FATHER AND SON ....
MY SOLUTIONS TO THE FORMER KING AND PRESENT KING ARE SIMPLE.
JUST ADOPT PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN FORMULA MEANING THIS CALL TO VIETNAM TO
CEASE HER OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA AND RESPECT THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS AT ONCE
WITH THE HELP OF CHINA-AMERICA TO ENFORCE THOSE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS.
Strong Resolution on Cambodia Human Rights Abuses
Feb. 27, 1982 : UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva adopted a
resolution condemning Vietnam’s occupation of Cambodia as a violation of
Cambodian human rights. The vote was 28 in favor, 8 against, and 5 abstentions.
Vietnam, has not respected the UN CHARTER, the Paris Peace agreement with the
US .
A.. VIETNAM INVASION AND OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA 1978-2009.
December 25, 1978 Invasion of Cambodia. Some 100,000 Vietnamese with 20,000
KUFNS troops, under the direction of Gen. Van Tien Dung, launch an invasion of
Cambodia.
B.. CHINESE INVASION OF VIETNAM (SHORT)
Feb.. 17, 1979 "Teaching a lesson". Some 170,000 Chinese troops with 700
warplanes, and 250-300 tanks launched an invasion of Vietnam to punish it for
invading of Cambodia.

VIETNAM OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA :
Under Vietnam occupation of Cambodia in 10 years 1979-1989 :
Under Le Duc Tho rule alone 1979-1989 an estimate 460 000 innocent Cambodian
had died through TORTURE, BURIED ALIVE, SIMPLE EXECUTION, foced labor,famine
,stravation, malnutrition and sponsor starvation by the CPP regime recorded by
Amnestry international and others.

of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces
from Cambodia.
Again Vietnam, has not respected the 10 UN resolutions calling Vietnam to cease
her occupation of Cambodia and remove all her troops from the country.
US president Reagan calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .
President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General
Assembly in New York, New York,September 26, 1988.
"Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose
freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we sought the freedom and
independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops
...."
I APPEAL TO FORMER KING SIHANOUK TO ADOPT THE AMERICAN FORMULA BASED ON
PRESIDENT REAGAN'S CALL . IN ORDER TO TUNE IN WITH THE CHINESE PROPOSALS TO
ADJUST US-CHINA RELATIONS ABOVE MENTIONED.
