My friend, It is still bad. Cambodians have done it to their own people in their own country with/without the help of Vietnamese. No matter how you look at it, Cambodians have done it with their own hands for any reasons. Put yourself in Vietnamese shoes. What would you do it? You would do the same when Cambodians open their own stupidity like that. Don't blame on Vietnamese. Take it on those who open it up. Vietnamese take advantage of Cambodia because Cambodians allow it to happen. Sihanouk made it happen.
