It doesn't mean that Mu was innocent of anything.
It doesn't mean that Mu didn't do what was accused of her.

If you read the above paragraph, nothing is said about Mu's case.
Actualy, they are trying to say that Hun Sen SHOULD NOT  have brought
the case to court. That's understandable. Yet, it doesn't mean that Mu
was not guilty of what she was accused of.

That's true.
Yet, the judgement was on whether she did it or not.
They said she did it. Now she has to pay.
