My brother, K2:

Thanks for you’re made up my name. I have heard our elders saying "Don't
emulate a teacher's behavior; follow his teaching,” You're reminding me when
I stayed @ Lok Kru Keng Van Sak’s house for 1 week on Feb. 2006. I had a
chance to chit chat with Lok Kru Sin Kim Suy during that time. I had
attended Lok Kru Suy Philosophies classe @ Lycee Nuon Kan in the 70’. He did
not change much when I met him again on 2006. He was and is always one of my
best teachers. He is fair and very humble. I trusted him on his personal,
cultural and political analysts on any Khmer leaders.

Well, please kindly translate the following saying if you have a spare time.

*Confucius said:* "To put the world in order, we must first put the nation
in order; To put the nation in order, we must put the family in order; To
put the family in order, we must cultivate our personal life; And to
cultivate our personal life we must first set our hearts right."

Love with respect always,

Sincerely yours,

//Perom
