Are you saying that Cambodians should not bare any responsibilities as
long as they were under French rules?
Are you saying that Cambodians should not bare any responsibilities as
long as they allowed Vietnamese to dictate what they are doing?
Are you saying that Cambodians should not bare any responsibilities at
all as long as any other countries involve in Cambodian affairs?
