I think that if Hun Sen resigns or passes away because of illness,
Cambodia won't become chaotic, peace and stability won't be derailed.
There must be other Cambodian leaders who're as capable as him, if not
more so.

As for his son Hun Manet, it must not be that the father hands down
power to the son in the same manner that a king passes the throne on
to his son. If Hun Manet wishes to be a leader, he has the right to
pursue his wish, but thru democracy as manifested by election by the
people, not thru inheritance.
