You can blame Vietnam for Cambodian illnesses all you want. As long as Cambodians allow it to happen, yes, it still happens. Vietnam should not be a part of this problem. It is not Vietnam who are doing it. It is the Cambodian people who allow it to happen. So look at the people.
If Sam Rainsy is so smart, he would have spread the words of unity for the sake of the country. He is not doing it. Instead, he is yelling how bad things are asking people to follow him. Who is going to follow him with divisional attitude like that?
