James, I don’t believe in 1991 Paris peace accords. The accord is a license to legalize CPP government. Because of 1991 Paris peace accords, Cambodian lost their identity and territory for neighboring countries. Long-term affect, Cambodia will be turning to another Khmer Krom. This, I don’t think you and I will see the turning points at this time or next 20 years. Cambodia in NOT Democracy country, It is Monarchy Savun
