Do you know what they really mean?

I think what they mean is that justice goes one way. They want justice for 
themselves when they are victims. Otherwise, they are victims who don't 
need justice. Today, they are crying for justice for those who are jailed 
for violence more than a year ago.  
Do you know who beat those security hired by the government to disbursed 
those demonstrators?
You are right. The demonstrators created violence, not the police. They 
defied orders from the government. They practiced civil disobedience. 
That's unlawful. So they are not victims of anything. 

This act was created by leaders who wanted the power for themselves. Those 
leaders today are enjoying their power while their crocodiles are being 
jailed in Cambodian prison. Now, they are crying for justice.
