I think we should never depend on a SNAPSHOT. We would have the same surprises
during Camel development, just more often. When we upgrade to a newer version
of a dependent project, we take the heat and do the necessary changes.
We also don't necessarily need to depend on the latest of the projects we are
using, but on the latest *stable* as much as possible. This is what benefits
our users.
