I am trying my best to get CXF 2.1.3 released, but there are still some issues
need to be addressed in CXF 2.1.3 this week.
I will cut a new CXF 2.1.3 this weekend, if the vote is OK, CXF 2.1.3 GA will
be released in the middle of next week.
