Actually I don't know. Willem Jiang has been adjusting the maven builds lately
to remove some garbage in some of the .jar files. Maybe there is a glitch
somewhere.

I have just downloaded the source snapshot of 1.4. Inside the source
tree of the examples there is a camel-bam example.
Is there any reason why this is not in the binary distribution.
