John,

Are you mounting 2 elements into the shutter, 1 in front, 1 in back? or are
you mounting an entire lens to the front of the shutter? I have some process
lenses mounted on the front of  this type shutter and just use the aperture
in the process lens.  I'm sure you wouldn't have asked if that were the case
though.  I can tell you what iris diameter the stops are on my 210
Repromaster out to f8.

f8  22.5mm
f11  16.0mm
f16 11.3mm
f22 8.0mm

I could calculate back
 by multiplying by 1.41 to get:

f5.6  31.7mm
f4  44.7mm

That should do it.  I have no idea how close these will be for your lens,
but I wouldn't think they would be very very far off.  Richard may have a
better idea.
