Has anyone got first-hand experience of using a Sinar Auto shutter (the mechanical Copal one) with an improvised lens, such as a simple meniscus lens?
I have emailed Sinar in Switzerland on two occasions, but apart from a 'we'll get back to you soon' reply, I have yet to receive a proper answer. All I need to know is: Whether or not this combination will work. And if it does, do you need to fit any accessories or make any modifications?
