Hello Dianne, Made mine out of Porters Camera darkroom blackout cloth. They sell two kinds,a fabric and nylon. Made mine out of the fabric product, little thick. When I make another one,I will use the nylon. I used it for the inside layer of the bellows with a cordura nylon on the outside, which in not completely light tight. But the inner "Darkroom Cloth" does that job.
The material is not completely flat black, but I have been using it now for 3 years with no problems. Has a rubber look to it. You can see my camera at: http://www.philsan.com Porters Camera is in Cedar Falls Iowa.
