I have had this lens for the last 25yrs. I had made friends with a man who operated aerial cameras before and during WW2. He had pretty much started me off in my interest in making cameras. I moved a few years later and had put the lens away with alot of other stuff and just reently found it again. Really clean glass, uncoated, and unmarked except for 5 in and a aperture ring that runs from f/4 to f/32. This is a Six element wide field lens. 125mm and covers a 2"x7" strip of 120film when used in the torpedo camera. I have seen many of the message talking about wide field astro camera's and I believe this would be a prime canidate for a B&W wide field camera. Anyone have one of these? any expeienced users? I am also collecting pics right now of aerial cameras and lens's and plan on making a web page about these camera's and lenses. If you have anything to contribute I would appreciate it.
