I concurr, heavy CPU usage in some cases seems to be related to animations and scripts running on pages. A way to shut these off when this happens would be welcome. However, there are still times when I have NO windows open and CPU usuage runs wild. I think I should be documenting the exact builds in which this happens because its an intermitant problem.
