Usually people using the bookmark bar are doing so for fast access, but an overflow menu breaks that. If you want things in a menu, why not just add your extra items to the bookmark menu? Or put them in a folder that you keep at the end of your bookmark bar?

What customization does printing to PDF need? It's supposed to print the same way printing to a printer works.
A way to edit or prune unwanted web pages or spam in the cache without having to throw out the whole baby with the bathwater.
Why are you worrying about what's in your cache? It's intended to be a black box to the user. Things that you don't use again will fall out of the cache over time; you don't gain anything by specifically purging them.
