We L & D nurses love our NICU nurses where I work.. great team effort. I'll admit, I do not like getting floated to NICU, to many little wires and tubes! I would love it if I could go to work a few days a week for a break! But between some health issues I had diagnosed during my pregnancy and lack of child care - it is not an option for us right now. I do miss work, I truly love what I do. Good luck with #2 - you're brave. We are talking about trying again at the end of the year - we'll see though! I am having a difficult time with 1!
