Hi mates,

I'm learning glibc under LINUX, to practise, I'm trying to write an
application do p2p file sharing. It do low-level IO, communicating with
socket, manipulating files and directories, and now, I want to port it
to WIN environment, so I can share it with my fellows in office.

Is thers such a good stuff can do this? :

1. Supporting a glibc environment in WIN, at least low-level IO, fcntl,
socket, mmap, multithreading, etc. so my code needn't to be rewrite
entirely, just a little modification.

2. This GLIBC FOR WIN must not be too large to install, some dll of few
megabytes is properly.

Maybe I'm too greedy, there isn't any. If that's true, I'll rewrite it
in python or java to get OS-independent ability. But, friends, don't
let me disappointed, tell me there is one, powerful, comfortable and
slim.
