No. It is not.

I was concerned about the sizing when buying my dry suit. According to the sizing 
chart, the arms and legs were 
something like 4 or 6 inches too long. But a smaller size would have been a real 
problem for me to get into.

The extra length in the arms and legs is not a problem. The cuffs hold the dry suit in 
place at your wrists and ankles. 
An there is an elastic band around the waist on my Palm dry suit.

The arms and legs might be a problem if they were too short, but being several inches 
too long is not a problem.
