What's up man. Way too much cash to put into that boat. I would get a 
boat that is made for a spinnaker. You will have a better and easier 
time of it. That way you don't have to be worried about if you set up 
is OK and learn to sail with a spinnaker. The resale value will also 
be better. Just go for the N20 and start the learning.

Did some sailing with Hackett this weekend on my boat. He was very 
good on the stick with the spinnaker.
