I did get a reply of sorts from the person who has the properties, but was not able to get further information as to the location of same. Just saying Trona tells me little. I would have driven up there to take a look so I could make a decision. Mayhap the person only wanted someone who would not question the exact location ahead of time, but I feel the need to see what I might be getting into ahead of time. From the description, it gave no idea as to the size of the lots, or if indeed either house could actually be repaired. I don't buy into a pig in the poke...
