Sorry to burst your bubble, Michelle gave these two houses away, they did need work and taxes paid, but they are liveable and will be refurbished, so quit passing on more boondocking BS, she gave them away, you didn't get them, end of the story for you. There is property for sale all over the same area, Darwin, Ballarat, Trona, Keeler, on and on, if you want some, go out there and look, you might find that dream home.
