There shouldn't be lasting decisions on policy in a site this small. And voting is not the only way to make a decision. I'm concerned we are goign to be stuck with policies that came through because of a couple of votes, and will be hard to get rid of when they become obsolete.

So, which of us on this list or of the people active on the wiki site
shall impose our view of how things should be run on everyone else?
Which of us shall be the boss over all content decisions? I'm not
willing to do that. I'm not willing to be "the boss". And I would
hope that none of us want to.
What I'm trying to say is that this is how groups organize themselves.
We make decisions about rules of conduct, we discuss them and debate
them, and then we vote on those decisions. We have not established a
list of people who can present ideas, we've opened it up to everyone.
So we've had a lot of ideas.
Why this is preventing us from building the site in other ways, I
don't know. I'm doing everything I have time to do. I think that's a
question of promotion more than anything else.
