Can you make a mockup on a sandbox page on how we should rearrange things?

There is no shortage of information on the web about 'Character', 'Civil Rights', etc. What I expected to see when I went to the front page was 'where do you live?... OK, here are your candidates, and here are their positions, and if you want to know more about those issues, here are some links.' To put it another way: people know (by and large) where they stand on issues; they don't know (by and large) where their candidates stand on those issues. *That* is the useful information I'd like to get out of this wiki, and which (at least from the front page) is missing.
