Can you make a mockup on a sandbox page on how we should rearrange things?

My sense, Chad, is that the front page is organized around material
that isn't useful to most people, which is a big problem. There is no
shortage of information on the web about 'Character', 'Civil Rights',
etc. What I expected to see when I went to the front page was 'where
do you live?... OK, here are your candidates, and here are their
positions, and if you want to know more about those issues, here are
some links.'

To put it another way: people know (by and large) where they stand on
issues; they don't know (by and large) where their candidates stand on
those issues. *That* is the useful information I'd like to get out of
this wiki, and which (at least from the front page) is missing.
