Great idea. Has everyone seen the thread on uk.rec.waterways (
Waterways funding threat)? It suggests what I think is a fantastic idea 
to organise a protest boat rally outside of the Houses of Parliament. 
I've suggested we should go further and organise simultaneous protest
rallies in key parts of the waterways all over the country.

Anyone with some spare time that is interested in helping to put
together such a protest? Or take part in a rally?
