Now I know you aren't reading my mail, or maybe I am not explaining myself
properly. There is no use arranging a protest if boats get left behind.
Limehouse can only lock a few boats at a time, the boats let out first have
to wait for the subsequent lockings, this is precarious and holding places
were in short supply. The Thames is tidal and they can only wait a certain
amount of time, once these boats have gone the rest may as well turn round &
go home because they will not be taking part in any protest.
The last IWA protest was properly organised, learn from what happened.
Please don't lose your enthusiasm for this cause.
