I think my point is that I'm not convinced we need further
supplemental campaigns, but a well organised umbrella campaign that -
as Mike says - goes much wider than boaters and is based on careful
timing, strategy and tactics. Of course there should be room for all
kinds of individual activities - such as a campaign cruise - within
that, but I'd be useless at organising anything like that!
I'm about to be off for a week's boating in France (Canal du Rhône à
Sète - Etang de Thau), but I'm sure this discussion will be raging
when I return.
